  2. Condition of Items: To qualify for a return, the jewelry or diamond must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original packaging, certificates, and tags must be intact and included in the return package.

  3. Non-refundable Items: Customized, engraved, or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Sale items and items with missing packaging or certificates also do not qualify for return.

Return Process:

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Diamond Arc is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. A full or partial refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
